My Gym and a haircut!

At the My Gym in Cherry Hill they have open play Monday afternoons for $15 for a family. I have been meaning to take the kids there to get little Ian around other people - he is not a fan of strangers or noise. I finally got them there this week and we were the only people there!!! The workers didn't even stay out front with us. Emilia and Anna had a blast and ran around like maniacs. Ian on the other hand would not let me put him down! Even though no one else was there. Maybe if we go after vacation some other people will be there?

The next day we finally took Ian back to the hairdressers for his second haircut. Ian has had the awful hockey hair thing going so we decided to get it cut before vacation. Taking him to the hairdressers is not fun (again with the strangers and noise). To make the experience worse some crazy mom tried to start an argument with me, but I bit my tongue. Ian won't sit in the fun race car style seat and won't leave the cape on, so he sits in my lap and  we both get covered in hair.  I am sure when Anna finally has enough hair to get cut, she will love it and have no problems sitting in the car by herself. Amazing how different the twins are.

We survived the trip and now Ian looks much better. Amazing how each time he has had his hair cut it makes him look like such a big boy instead of my baby!

Post hair cut - the only reason he is smiling is because he stole a lolly-pop out of my mouth while he was sitting in my lap getting his haircut!
